At Inktersect, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 7 DAYS of receiving the product
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
As many of our products are made-to-order, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not qualify under this policy.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased on sale or during clearance events
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products returned in used, damaged, or altered condition
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
We also do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Minor color variations caused by screen/display differences
Please review sizing information carefully before placing your order.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- A defective product
- A wrong product
- A product with a printing/manufacturing defect
please contact us within 48 hours/2 days of delivery at connect@inktersect.com
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A full or partial refund, depending on the situation
4. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for eligible items subject to availability.
To request an exchange:

- The item must meet the return eligibility conditions mentioned above
- Exchanges are typically available for:
- Size-related issues
- Defective products
- Incorrect items received
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund instead.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at connect@inktersect.com with your order details
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Please do not send products back without prior approval, as such returns may not be accepted.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for return:
We Will Cover Return Shipping If:
- The wrong item was sent
- The item arrived damaged
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect
Customer Will Cover Return Shipping If:
- Exchange is requested due to sizing preference
- The return is requested for any non-defective reason approved by us
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
7. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds are typically completed within 5-6 working days
Please note that banks, payment providers, and card issuers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund :
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your card provider or bank
- Reach out to us at connect@intersect.com

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
Once an order has entered production or shipping, cancellation requests may not be possible.
